The new Hantarex 22" LED/LCD Digital television is
the first of a new series of LCD televisions developed with
the use of an LED backlight instead of the conventional mini
florescent tubes or CCFLs employed in the majority of LCD
displays today.
The LED backlight uses much
less power to light the screen and provides a brighter
display with better contrast levels. The main benefit
however is a much thinner panel because only low voltage
power is required. The LED/LCD 22" from Hantarex is just 2cm
deep.
At present there is only
a single version of this desk-top product which
includes a full 1080p LCD panel, multiple inputs
including PC and SCART connections and a USB media
slot. The 22" is finished in black.
